- Input listing data into MLS expeditiously and install appropriate signage
- Notify key agents and contacts of new listing on the market
- Plan and excute an advertising campaign using company, individual ads and box flyers
- Conduct a Brokers/Realtors open house or preview day
- Develop and display a mortgage comparison sheet
- Develop a highlight sheet w/ color photos, plat and locate information
- Coordinate all prospect showings
- Pre-qualify buying prospects
- Follow-up with agents after appointments
- Facilitate negotiations on all offers
- Coordinate inspections and repairs
- Provide seller with status reports on buyer's mortgage
- Coordinate appraisal, deed preparation and survey
- Develop a Home Book to include: 4 seasons pictures, views from land as well as water, personal property included and negotiable, area map, floor plan, property plat, schools serving the area, covenants and restrictions, utility bills, contractor and repair persons who have done work
